Soy MARIA MORAGUES, fotógrafa afincada en Barcelona y creadora de MARIA PAWS STUDIO, un proyecto centrado en la fotografía natural de perros y gatos.
Mi trabajo se centra en capturar la esencia auténtica de cada animal, respetando sus tiempos, su personalidad y su forma de habitar el entorno. A través de una mirada sensible y honesta, busco crear imágenes que reflejen el vínculo único entre los animales y el mundo que los rodea.
Profundamente conectada con la naturaleza y el bienestar animal, colaboro regularmente con refugios y organizaciones de rescate, utilizando la fotografía como herramienta para dar visibilidad a animales en adopción y apoyar su labor.
MARIA PAWS STUDIO combina el trabajo por encargo con proyectos personales que exploran la relación entre los animales, el territorio y la presencia, construyendo un archivo visual basado en el respeto, la empatía y la observación.
Trabajo con familias y personas que compartís vida con vuestros animales, que buscais conservar un recuerdo auténtico y duradero con estos compañeros peludos, creando imágenes naturales y respetuosas tanto en espacios urbanos, domésticos y naturales.
I’m MARIA MORAGUES, a Barcelona-based photographer and the creator of MARIA PAWS STUDIO, a project focused on natural photography of dogs and cats.
My work is centered on capturing the authentic essence of each animal, respecting their rhythm, personality, and the way they inhabit their environment. Through a sensitive and honest approach, I aim to create images that reflect the unique bond between animals and the world around them.
Deeply connected to nature and animal welfare, I regularly collaborate with shelters and rescue organizations, using photography as a tool to give visibility to animals in need of adoption and to support their work.
MARIA PAWS STUDIO combines commissioned work with personal projects that explore the relationship between animals, their environment, and presence, building a visual archive rooted in respect, empathy, and careful observation.
I work with families and individuals who share their lives with animals and wish to preserve authentic and lasting memories with their furry companions, creating natural and respectful images in urban, domestic, and natural settings.
